At LeadAuditPro, all subscriptions and purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain full access to your plan until the end of your current billing period.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing month. You will not be charged again after cancellation. No refunds are issued for partial months.
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current annual billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. The discounted annual pricing reflects a commitment to the full year.
If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the new rate immediately and receive access to the upgraded features right away. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No refunds are issued for plan changes.
All add-on purchases (such as extra search packs, additional team member seats, white-label reports, priority support, API access, and other add-ons) are non-refundable once purchased or activated.
We handle billing issues on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error or experience a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, contact us at support@leadauditpro.com and we will review your situation.
You agree to contact us at support@leadauditpro.com before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or bank reversal with your payment provider. You must allow us 10 business days to investigate and resolve any billing concern.
FILING A CHARGEBACK OR PAYMENT DISPUTE WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING LEADAUDITPRO AND ALLOWING THE 10-BUSINESS-DAY RESOLUTION PERIOD CONSTITUTES A BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT, FORFEITURE OF ALL ACCOUNT DATA, AND FORFEITURE OF ANY REMAINING SUBSCRIPTION TIME. You will also be responsible for any fees, costs, or penalties incurred by LeadAuditPro as a result of the chargeback, including but not limited to chargeback fees imposed by our payment processor.
If a chargeback is filed and later reversed in our favor, account reinstatement is not guaranteed and will be at our sole discretion.
You must notify us of any billing discrepancy or unauthorized charge within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the effective date of the change.
