White-label reports let you present professional audit results under your own brand. This guide covers report creation, branding, and PDF export.
Go to Agency > White Label settings. Upload your logo, set your company name, brand colors, and custom footer text. These settings apply to all generated reports.
Run an SEO Audit on the client's website. Make sure the audit completes fully before generating a report.
Navigate to Agency > Client Reports. Click New Report and select the audit you just ran.
Choose which sections to include or exclude. Add a personalized executive summary at the top. You can also add custom notes to individual sections to explain findings in the client's context.
Click Preview to see exactly what the client will receive. When satisfied, click Export PDF. The report generates with your branding, logo, and colors — no mention of LeadAuditPro.
Download the PDF and send it via email, or share it through the Client Portal for a more professional experience. The portal gives clients a branded dashboard where they can view auto-saved audit reports, overall scores, and category breakdowns anytime.
A polished, branded PDF report that positions you as the expert. Clients see your brand throughout and can share the report with their team.
