Setting Up Email Sequences

Email sequences let you send automated multi-step outreach campaigns to your leads.

Creating a sequence

  1. Go to Leads & Outreach > Email Sequences in the sidebar.
  2. Click New Sequence and give it a name (e.g. "Outreach — plumbers").
  3. Add steps. Each step defines an email template and a delay (e.g. send Step 2 three days after Step 1).
  4. Use merge tags like {{business_name}}, {{website}}, and {{audit_score}} to personalize every email.

Enrolling leads

From any search result, select the leads you want to contact and click Add to Sequence. LeadAuditPro will schedule each email according to the delays you configured.

You can pause or cancel a sequence at any time from the sequence detail page.
