How Lead Scoring Works

Every business returned by a search receives an automatic Lead Score from 0 to 100. The score estimates how likely a business is to need your services based on observable website and listing quality signals.

Scoring factors

Missing website+25 points
No SSL certificate+15 points
Slow load time (>3 s)+10 points
No mobile viewport+10 points
Missing title/meta/H1+5 each
Low reviews (<5)+10 points

Higher scores mean more issues — and more opportunity for you to offer value. You can customize the weight of each factor from Settings > Scoring Weights.
